One of our more interesting requests came from a visitor to Bundeena who had been looking for a special gift for a very good friend. The friend Robyn, had a fascination with Jersey cows, (and red wine……) and her house is a testament to this.

A special day of raku firing will be held on Saturday 5th September 5th 2009 and promises to be an exciting day of creativity involving earth, wind and fire along with a little bit of water.
Raku kilns are usually a home made affair so with the help a fellow artist Aaron Matthews we set out to make some from some oil drums.
