Terms & Conditions

This page covers the terms & conditions for bookings and purchases of Something at Mary’s pottery classes and gift vouchers.

All sales are final with no refunds for booked classes or gift vouchers purchased.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be transferred to another person with written notice in advance by an email to Something at Mary’s supplying voucher code(s), recipient’s full name, email & mobile details.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Rescheduling Bookings

Class bookings can be rescheduled once with 7 days advance notice at no charge. Notice can be made by email, sms or phone call.

Class bookings rescheduled a second time or with less than 7 days notice will incur a $50 per person rescheduling fee. The rescheduling fee is to be paid before a new date will be scheduled.

Completed Pieces

We will notify you by email once the pieces you’ve made are ready for collection.

When possible we will also offer at an additional cost the option to pack and deliver your pieces to an address that you specify.  We do our best to package items and they normally arrive safely, however, we accept no liability if your items are lost or damaged in transit.

Due to limited storage space your pieces need to be picked up or arranged to be delivered within one month of notification to avoid them being discarded.

We’ll endeavour to get the best result for the pieces you’ve made but accept no responsibility or liability if you are not satisfied with your completed pieces including any cracks, chips, colour or other imperfections.
