Cooking with Clay

Clay tagine food

Join us for a demonstration of cooking with clay and then enjoy a scrumptious luncheon of Moroccan inspired delicacies at the  Camelia Gardens Teahouse.

Participants will receive all recipes and a sample packet of the Moroccan spice mixture, Ras el Hanout.

The clay vessels are designed for cooking and serving each of the dishes presented, and are made by Marion from “Something at Mary’s” who will lead the cooking demonstration. Tagines available for sale can be bought at the teahouse on the day.
